About us
Kata Ferencz graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Business Economics and a minor in Integrated Management, and in 2012 Kata completed the accredited training in Objective Psychology Systems at Work (OT/OPQ course by SHL), which included knowledge of aptitude tests, personality questionnaires and case studies.
Kata has more than 20 years of professional experience in HR strategy design and implementation, HR process building and development, talent management and development, labour, employment law, recruitment and selection, and compensation.
Kata has supported many industries during her career either through consulting or coaching assignments, such as FMCG, Retail, IT, Pharmaceuticals, Shared Service Centres within Finance, Sales, HR, Procurement SSC) and the Renewable Energy sector. Kata has nearly 15 years of HR management experience in a global multinational environment with 6 years of experience in small and medium sized enterprises and gained experience in such a large international companies like Adecco, IBM, Tesco, Mylan (Viatris) and Qualysoft.
In 2018, she became an expert in the use of the Predictive Index personality test, helping to expand leadership toolkits, build high-performing teams, and increase retention and engagement.
